Question: Should she sell her property to this buyer?

 

 

 

Background: My Mother owns an office building that she wants to sell. The building has been vacant for quite a while – and cost for maintenance, vandalism, etc. is a strain. Her current opportunity to sell the property is to a business owner in the same town. But the agreement is that she will “hold the mortgage” which involves certain risks. Will this real estate transaction work out successfully for her?  Is it a good deal?

Answer:

 

Yes, it will work out to be a positive result for her. The ruler of the outcome house, likes her, and dislikes the other business owner. The house ruler is relatively strong and should provide a good result.

 

Be warned that although she will gain from this experience, she will not feel like “she won”. She dislikes the south Node, right on her house cusp. She will feels like a victim of circumstance.

 

The “holding the mortgage” arrangement won’t be a smooth ride. I look in the chart for when the other business owner’s money transfers to your Mother.  Her resources and his resources finally meet in an opposition. This means the transfer will happen, but it won’t be nice or easy. The business partnership could have a rough patch before it concludes in a beneficial manner.

 

Additional considerations:

·        The business owner has Neptune on his house cusp. What is he hiding? He also has the North Node in his house under his cusp. He has the upper hand in the nodal arrangement.

 

·        His ability to pay your mother, his 2^nd house, has Uranus coming up its cusp. There may be a sudden change in his house. A good or bad change?

 

·        His money has very little affinity for your Mother or her resources. His money likes his business and him, it doesn’t “want to” flow to your Mother. It’ll be important to have good legal paperwork.

 

·         It is possible that his resources appear to be better off than they look – so don’t settle for less if he tries to “plead poverty” in a deal with your Mom.

 

 

For you – hang in there. Your emotions clearly show you are worried about your Mother. Just know that your emotional significator shows you are overly worried. I hope this reading will help you feel better.
